MAIN MEALS
1st COURSE
Lamb
moroccan backstrap and caramelised onions, with garlic mash and roasted tomatoes.
Chicken Roast Thigh
served with couscous and grilled vegetables
Prawn Salad
green mango and paw paw.
Vegetarian Grazing Plate
crispy eggplant, seared bok choy and roast beetroot.
2nd COURSE
Pork belly
baby spinach, sweet potato and apple puree
Beef cheeks
polenta, sorrel, radish and bok choy
Barramundi
asparagus, cherry tomato, edamame, ginger and spice
Slow roasted eggplant
dukkah spice, yogurt dressing and micro herbs.

All our menu's items are created using only fresh wholesome ingredients, many of which are organically grown at Tree Eighty3’s farm garden in Gundaroo. Our happy chicken’s free-range eggs are never more than 3 days old and we do not use artificial ingredients.
